W. Thomas McCraney III

Tad earned his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi in 1992 and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1995. While in law school, Tad served as an Associate Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal and as a member of the Moot Court Board. Tad spent the first year of his legal career serving as a law clerk for the Honorable William H. Barbour, Jr., Chief Judge, United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.

Tad has a diverse law practice representing clients, both large and small, in general and complex litigation matters, personal injury, mass tort, employment, business and contract litigation, workers compensation, insurance coverage, family law, estate and probate, international law, legal and medical malpractice, collections and banking. Tad has been selected by his peers on multiple occasions for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in the practice areas of Employment Law-Individuals, Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions-Plaintiffs and Personal Injury Litigation-Plaintiffs.

Tad is admitted to practice in all Mississippi state and federal courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
