Sean R. Guy

Sean earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mississippi College in 2001, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and active participant in student politics. Sean also earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1992 and his Master of Business Administration in 1995 from Mississippi College.

Sean focuses his practice on criminal defense and civil litigation. Sean's civil practice includes product liability, insurance, mass tort, toxic torts and consumer finance. Sean is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Mississippi, as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. Sean is a member of the American Bar Association and Charles Clark Inns of the Court. Sean serves the Mississippi Bar as a member of the Lawyers and Judges Assistance Committee.

Prior to law school, Sean practiced as a registered representative and insurance agent for New York Life and as a marketing director for a behavioral health hospital. Sean currently serves the community as a Board of Directors member for two local 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, Harbor House of Jackson and National Council for Alcoholism and Drug Dependence.
