In this brief article, the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal notes the $2.9 million judgment that firm partner, Billy Quin, obtained for Evan Sullivan against United Parcel Service, Inc. in federal court in Aberdeen, Mississippi. Sullivan sustained severe traumatic brain injuries when the utility bucket in which he was working in a highway repair zone was struck by an UPS tractor-trailer, knocking Sullivan from the bucket to the roadway 18 feet below.
